Troubleshooting
Device does not appear
Make sure you are using Chrome or Edge, then try another USB data cable or USB port.
Device connection is busy
Close any other program that may be connected to the MicroMetrics device, then try again.
Device does not restart
After a successful update, power-cycle the device using the on and off switch.
